Privacy Notice

This notice explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to forwardthinkersconsulting.com only. Work we perform for clients is governed by separate agreements — including, where applicable, Business Associate Agreements — not by this notice.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you submit our contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, work email, organization, an optional role or title, your preferred contact method, a telephone number (required only if you ask us to call), and your message. We also record that you agreed to the consent statement. To reduce automated spam the form includes a hidden field and a timing check, neither of which collects information about you.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps). We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies on your device and collects similar usage information to help us understand how visitors use the site. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other websites.

Do not submit protected health information

This website and its forms are for business inquiries only. Please do not submit protected health information (PHI), patient records, or any other regulated data through this site. Secure channels for regulated data are established separately within a client engagement.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, prepare and deliver anything you requested (such as a risk assessment consultation), and manage our business records. We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your consent.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate this website and communicate with you, under obligations to protect it. Today those are Microsoft Azure, which hosts this website, Resend, which delivers contact form messages to us, and Google, which provides the analytics service we use to understand how visitors use the site. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Retention

This website does not store your submission. The contact form sends your message to us by email, and we keep that email for as long as needed to respond, evaluate a potential engagement, and meet ordinary business record-keeping needs, after which it is deleted.

Website analytics information is handled separately. It is collected and held by Google rather than by this website, and it is retained for as long as the data retention settings on our Google Analytics property provide.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing contact@forwardthinkersconsulting.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we will honor valid requests as those laws require.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information submitted through this site, including encrypted (HTTPS) transmission. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Links to other sites

This site may link to third-party websites (for example, LinkedIn). Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this one.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date.
